James T. Bryce’s practice concentrates in the areas of municipal government counseling and litigation, condemnation law and land use and zoning law, which includes representing clients in litigation and before various land use boards. Mr. Bryce also regularly appears on property tax matters before the Tax Court of New Jersey and County Boards of Taxation. Mr. Bryce has argued multiple matters before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and has filed legal arguments with the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bryce handles all types of real estate matters, including closings, landlord/tenant issues and lease agreements and also counsels private corporations and limited liability entities. Mr. Bryce has also had occasion to represent various individuals in election contests. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Bryce received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Fellow in the Academic Support Program. Mr. Bryce received his Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University, where he received the Departmental Honors Citation in Sociology.
